Q: What is the PRO version?
A: The first version of PsRBExportDevices was 1.X and is the
Standard version. The new 2.X version is a highly enhanced
version from 1.X and is called PsRBExportDevices PRO.
Q: What versions of ReportBuilder does PsRBExportDevices PRO support?
A: PsRBExportDevices PRO supports ReportBuilder version 4.23 and above.
By default PsRBExportDevices PRO is configured to work with
ReportBuilder Version 5.5 and above. However, you can re-compile
PsRBExportDevices PRO to make it work with ReportBuilder versions older than 5.5.
Q: How can I cancel the E-Mail process in the OnEMail event?
A: Set EMailInfo.CancelExport to True in the OnEMail event to cancel
the EMail process. This option is supported in PsRBExportDevices PRO
version 2.0 and above.
Q: Is there a way to automatically delete the files created by
PsRBExportDevices PRO after E-Mailing process?
A: Set EMailInfo.DeleteFilesAfterEMail to True in the OnEMail event
to delete all the files that were created during the export
operation. This option is supported in PsRBExportDevices PRO
version 2.0 and above.

Q: How to order PsRBExportDevices PRO?
A: Follow the steps below to order PsRBExportDevices PRO

Select your Payment option and currency and Click "NEXT".

for payment processing. ShareIT offers the following payment types:

Q: How to order via Bank Transfer?
A: RareFind Engineering Innovations has a tie-up with ShareIT.com
for payment processing. ShareIT accepts Bank Transfers. You have to choose
'Bank/Wire Transfer' under 'Payment option'. When you select this option and
continue, ShareIT gives their Bank Information to which you can transfer the
money. ShareIT will complete your order only after they receive the money.
Q: Why is there a delay in processing my order?
A: Delivery is INSTANT for credit card transactions. For Bank transfers
and other modes of payment, delivery is upon receipt of full payment. As soon as
your order is passed you should receive an E-Mail with the License Key. Please
follow the steps listed in the E-Mail to register the product.
Q: Can I FAX my order?
A: Yes, you can fax your order to ShareIT.com. RareFind Engineering Innovations
has a tie-up with ShareIT.com for payment processing.
Here is how you FAX your order -
1: Go to the product Buy Online page.
2: Click on "Order" link. A new window opens and shows your cart.
3: At the bottom of the page, you will see a link - "I prefer to order by fax".
4: Fill up Country, Currency and Optional question. And click "Next"
5: Next screen will show your FAX ORDER. Please fill out the form and print it from your browser.
6: Collect the printed paper and FAX the same to ShareIT FAX number.
Note: ShareIT FAX numbers will be listed on the order form.
PsRBExportDevices PRO Installation and Re-compiling
Q: I am using ReportBuilder older than version 5.5. How can I use PsRBExportDevices PRO?
A: If you are using RB version older than 5.5, follow the instructions below
to install PsRBExportDevices PRO.
1. Close Delphi.
2. Open PsRBDefines.inc from \Source folder.
3. Add dot(.) before $DEFINE RB55Up to configure PsRBExportDevices PRO to support
ReportBuilder versions below 5.5. [i.e. Change {$DEFINE RB55Up} to {.$DEFINE RB55Up}].
4. Save and Close PsRBDefines.inc
5. Re-compile PsRBExportDevices PRO using Batch Files. Select your Payment option and
currency and Click "NEXT". Follow the instructions from there.
Note: Please refer Manual or Help file for instructions to re-compile PsRBExportDevices PRO.
Q: After making changes to PsRBDefines.inc file should I need to re-compile
PsRBExportDevices PRO?
A: Yes, You need to re-compile PsRBExportDevices PRO every time there
is a change to PsRBDefines.inc file. Please refer Manual or the
Help file for instructions on re-compiling PsRBExportDevices PRO.
Q: How can I export two reports into PsRBExportDevices PRO?
A: At present PsRBExportDevices PRO does not provide any feature to merge reports.
You have to merge the reports into a single ReportBuilder Archive File (RAF) and then
export this RAF file using PsRBExportDevices PRO.
